WoSSA welcomes proportionate sponsorship for individual WoSSA Research Meetings. Sponsorship helps support the practical delivery of our regional academic meetings, including venue-related costs, audiovisual support, delegate refreshments, abstract administration, programme production, trainee engagement, prize support, and related meeting costs.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for individual WoSSA Research Meetings at the following levels:
Lead Sponsor
Associate Sponsor
Supporting Sponsor
Full details of sponsorship packages, availability, and terms are available from the Honorary Secretary on request.
WoSSA holds two research meetings each year. Sponsorship is arranged for a specific meeting and does not confer ongoing rights, visibility, or exclusivity for future meetings unless agreed separately in writing.
WoSSA remains fully responsible for the scientific and educational content of its meetings. Sponsors have no involvement in programme development, invited speaker selection, abstract review, presenter selection, judging, prizes, CPD-related documentation, or meeting evaluation.
Sponsor activity must be professional, proportionate, and clearly distinguishable from the independent scientific programme. WoSSA does not provide delegate contact details, mailing lists, or identifiable feedback to sponsors. Sponsorship must not be represented as endorsement of any product, device, service, company, or clinical claim.
