Advanced Obstetric Anaesthesia Training
The aim of the advanced sub-specialty rotation in obstetric anaesthesia is to prepare a specialist registrar for a consultant position with a major sessional commitment to obstetric anaesthesia. This is open to West of Scotland School of Anaesthesia SpRs in years 3,4, and 5 and STRs in years 5,6, and 7 . It is a 6-month in-programme training scheme. The programme is for 6-months and will be appointed in May (for the following August and November start dates) and November (for the following February and May start dates).
